Dinosaur Scene: Easy Crafts for Kids
Note: We had foam stickers in the shape of dinosaurs. You can use any different sticker shapes with this project. For example, if your stickers are of sea animals, your child can create a sea background with a small island in the background. Your options are endless.

Supplies You Need: * Foam Stickers (Dinosaurs or Another Style) * Kid’s Paint * Paint Brushes * Paper Plate (For the Paint) * Sheet of Paper

Directions:
(1) If using kid’s paint straight from the bottle, I recommend putting a few colors on a paper plate. This reduces waste and mess with this preschool craft project. You can also put down a newspaper to reduce the mess.
(2) Have your child start painting a scenery on the page. Since we had foam dinosaur stickers, we painted a traditional landscape with mountains in the background. Your child can paint anything they want.

(3) Optional: Instead of waiting, they can draw a background with crayons or markers, as opposed to using kids paint.
(4) Once the paint has dried, have your child add their foam stickers.

This preschool craft project in particular is nice because it is easy and affordable. I used Crayola Kids Paints (which you can buy for around $6 at Wal-Mart and use for many other preschool craft projects). The paper is nothing more than computer paper we already had at home. The foam dinosaur stickers came from the Dollar Tree. You can’t beat a preschool craft project that is this easy and cheap to make!
