| Coffee Filter Tree: Easy Crafts for Kids |
| Note: This preschool craft project can be done two ways. You can make a large coffee filter tree or a small one. The directions for both are provided below. |

Large Coffee Filter Tree: Preschool Craft Project
| Supplies You Need: * 2 Giant Sheets of Construction Paper (1 Color Should Be Brown) * 3 Coffee Filters * Glue * Crayons * Scissors |

| Directions: |
(1) With the large sheet of

and cutout a tree truck. This
should be fairly large in size
(about half the size of the large
background sheet).

(2) Position the large sheet of uncut construction paper upwards
and glue the tree truck towards the bottom.

(3) Color the three coffee
filters green. I recommend
using crayons instead of
markers, as it is easier and
less messy.

(4) Glue the three colored
coffee filters on top of the
tree trunk. To get out the
wrinkles from around the
outer sides, your child will
need lots of glue and to press
down hard.
(5) Sign and then hang your
child’s preschool craft project

| For the smaller version of this preschool craft project, just follow the directions above. Instead of using large sheets normal sizes. To accommodate for the smaller page, cut the outer portion of the coffee filter, leaving only the smooth and flat base. |
